Eileen Bulholtz concentrates her practice in insurance defense litigation, commercial litigation, and in estate planning and administration. Combining these skills, she has successfully litigated several contested estate matters including will contests. She has lectured for the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association on New York State Labor Law issues including construction site accidents and on trial practice, evidence and ethics.

Ed Bacon has over 30 years of experience devoted exclusively to civil litigation in the Federal and State courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He focuses his practice in the areas of serious personal injury and complex commercial litigation, including wrongful death, brain injury and paralysis; product liability; construction defects and accidents; environmental exposure/toxic torts; and retailer security liability.

For nearly 40 years, Mr. Progar has represented the interests of insurance companies, self-insureds, and nonprofit organizations. As lead counsel, Mr. Progar has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Progar regularly presents seminars for insurance claims representatives, and attorneys on issues relating to trial practice, insurance coverage, claims handling, and alternative dispute resolution. He has also published articles in legal journals and newsletters on topics such as trial practice, evidence, and civil procedure.

Tim Crawley is a faculty member for a variety of seminars dealing with issues in his areas of specialty, most recently presenting on “The Drones: They Are Coming!” at the 72nd Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference, to the “LMA Under 35” group at Lloyd’s of London, to the XChanging Claims group in London, at the ACE Annual Conference, the RIMS Annual Conferences, and the AmeriClaim Annual Conference.

Brian Rubin’s practice is concentrated in tort litigation with emphasis in general liability, automobile defense, transportation and trucking defense, liquor liability defense, construction defect defense, product liability, toxic tort, and premises liability defense. Over the years, he has also handled a wide array of issues dealing with SIU/Insurance Fraud matters.
