In addition, Mr. Madariaga oversaw the claims handling for a commercial general liability insurance company that issued policies to subcontractors and smaller general contractors in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. Mr. Madariaga has also given seminars on risk management at home inspection trade conventions in California and Nevada. Mr. Madariaga is an AV rated civil litigator licensed in California and Nevada.
